Our retreats weave together restorative practices, guided meditations, sound baths, reflective journalling and empowering workshops that reflect the theme of the day, creating space for deep rest, insight and integration.
Our retreats are a thoughtfully curated experience rooted in nervous-system care, presence and connection - an invitation to step out of the rush of everyday life and return to your body, your breath and your inner knowing within gently held days designed for women who are ready to slow down, soften and reconnect with themselves in the warmth of sisterhood.
Throughout your time with us, you are nourished with an all-day herbal tea bar, filtered water and a lovingly prepared lunch made with fresh, whole ingredients, alongside freshly baked cakes and homemade breads.
We supply a journal, pen, air mattress, sheets, blankets, pillows, eyemasks and slippers for everyone. You’re also very welcome to bring along anything that helps you feel especially comfortable - such as your own blanket, cushion or eye mask.
We keep our retreats to a maximum of 12 attendees, ensuring an intimate, held and supportive environment for everyone.
There will also be a small, thoughtfully curated selection of optional Holistic Sisters items available throughout the day, for those who feel drawn to take a little of the experience home with them. These are offered simply as gentle supports for continued self-care and reflection beyond our time together.
