Equipment Don’t forget we supply an air mattress, sheets, blankets, pillows, eyemasks and slippers for everyone. You’re also very welcome to bring along anything that helps you feel especially comfortable - such as your own blanket, cushion or eye mask. We will also supply you with a Holistic Sisters journal and pen.

There will also be a small, thoughtfully curated selection of optional Holistic Sisters items available for those who feel drawn to take a little of the experience home with them. These are offered simply as gentle supports for continued self-care and reflection beyond our time together.
