Imagine waking feeling refreshed, energised and ready for the day ahead. GLOW Sleep is a nurturing and informative retreat created specifically for women over 40 who are experiencing poor sleep, hormonal changes, stress, anxiety or persistent fatigue.

Through expert-led workshops, restorative practices, a sleep-supporting lunch and practical take-home strategies, you'll gain a deeper understanding of what's driving your symptoms and how to support your body naturally.

This is more than a day of relaxation; it's an opportunity to reset, restore and begin your journey towards better sleep, improved wellbeing and feeling like yourself again.

Through self-reflexology, you’ll nurture your body from the soles up, supporting circulation, relaxation, and a grounded connection to yourself. Finally, a heart-opening cacao ritual nourishes your senses, lifts your energy, and encourages reflection and emotional release. Equipment Don’t forget we supply an air mattress, sheets, blankets, pillows, eyemasks and slippers for everyone. You’re also very welcome to bring along anything that helps you feel especially comfortable - such as your own blanket, cushion or eye mask. We will also supply you with a Holistic Sisters journal and pen.
