These smooth basalt, volcanic lava stones are a game-changer, they are heated in water to a regulated temperature, and then I massage you with the stones actually in my hand. The benefits are amazing, the heat penetrates deep into the muscle tissue allowing the muscles to relax 4-5 times quicker than a standard body massage, easing muscle tension, revitalising tissue and increasing blood circulation. When they are massaged around your neck and shoulders all the stress and tension typically held there just melt away. This is done side to side, rather than back to front as obviously your bump cannot be laid on, we can support your bump and knees with cushions if need be.
