Because no two of us are the same, how can the therapy be? So we draw from the methods of all the traditional therapies, like; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Health Coaching and Counselling, add in some of our exciting and inspirational complementary therapies, our enthusiasm, motivation and support and you have a perfectly customised and complete therapy that is as individual as you are helping your mind and your body feel happier and healthier.

In our professional yet relaxed sessions, we will give you positive encouragement and motivation with psychological support in a comfortable, private and safe environment where we can share a cuppa and homemade cookies too.

All of our talking therapies are available via the telephone, email or video chat, but for our first meeting we would like to see you face to face, so we can get a feel for your needs and design the ultimate therapy for you, provide you with your diary and explain the whole process.

What happens at my Session?


You no longer need to feel alone, we will support you every way we can by talking through your worries and identifying the strategies and different types of therapy we can include in your therapy programme. We will simply sit together in our quiet and private therapy room one to one. We can have a cuppa and you can talk about everything you need to and we will listen and guide you through your next steps. Sometimes it is beneficial to carry out some written work or keep a diary. After your session we will send you an email summary of everything we have discussed and achieved so that you can keep track of your progress and what you need to do next.

To help you feel as comfortable and at ease as possible and to make sure you connect with your therapist, we offer a 30 minute face to face or TELEPHONE or VIDEO CALL ABSOLUTELY FREE of charge before your initial session so you can be sure your therapist is the right one for you. You can discuss anything you like and ask as many questions as you need to, it’s your time, with no obligation to see the appointment through if you don’t feel comfortable.
