Our talking therapies are a great release, where you can share anything that is troubling you in a safe, supportive environment to a person who is trained to listen and respond in a way that helps you to understand yourself and others better and help you live a satisfying life. We can share a cuppa and a cookie too.

Hot Stones Massage with Aromatherapy Essential Oils - 60 minutes
Hot Stones are placed at key muscle points on your back, neck and shoulders. The stones heat penetrates deep into the muscle tissue allowing the muscles to relax 4-5 times quicker than a standard body massage, easing muscle tension and revitalising the tissue by increasing blood circulation.
