Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is wonderful in massage, used on your pillow, in room spritz, incense and oil burners. We can blend essential oils  specifically for you and what effects you require, whether to uplift your mood, to give your mind and body a general state of wellness and balance or to help heal aches and pains on your body. The essential oils unite your physical and psychological self through the power of the aromas which activate your sense of smell and, in turn, your sense of well being.

Hydro Massage

 Hydro massage is a water-based spa treatment which uses pressure jets of water to massage your skin and stimulate your circulation. The spa pool's water temperature will be around 100 deg Farenheit/40 deg Celcius, about the same as a bath. The heat of the water opens and cleanses your pores, your skin will look and feel cleansed, refreshed and invigorated, not to mention how fantastic it leaves you feeling generally. The spa pool is set outside next to the treatment room under a gazebo, please bring your own swimwear, we supply your towels. This is an excellent treatment preceeding any massage enabling you to get maximum benefits by softening your muscles ready for your next treatment.

Reflexology

  Reflexology is a complementary therapy concentrating on the reflex areas in the feet, hands and ears, which correspond to all the organs and parts of your body. Reflexology works on an individual basis and alleviates and improves symptoms such as everyday stress and tension, tiredness and nausea (caused by Chemotherapy). Reflexology can be a wonderfully relaxing experience where you can take time out from everyday pressures. It will help you relax which can help improve mood, aid sleep and relieve tension. The result is an overall sense of wellbeing. An excellent treatment used in conjunction with any of our body therapies to give you a complete and whole body experience leaving you feeling completely and deeply relaxed literally from head to toe.

Meditation

  Practicing meditation allows you to 'let go' of every day worries and literally 'live in the moment'. We will teach you Meditation and Relaxation techniques in our gorgeous private, warm and comfortable therapy room, here are a few of the techniques; Autogenic relaxation, Visual imagery, Guided visualisation and Progressive muscle relaxation are all excellent techniques which give great results. Relaxation might be one of the most essential factors in maintaining a healthy body and mind. It can increase your memory, concentration, and problem solving skills. Anxiety disorders, depression, and panic attacks also improve with relaxation.

Nutrition Exercise

Want to lose an inch or two? Want to know what you should eat, how much you should exercise? Our busy lives and demands of our work and family lives sometimes don't enable us to eat healthily or exercise regularly we can help you make sense of it all. If you need motivation, inspiration and loads of top tips on how to nourish your body, how to rustle up gorgeous food for you and your family, how to work on a one to one with a personal trainer or what you need to do at the gym or at home and generally make the changes you know you need to make to stay healthy, you're about to find all the answers.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness lets you become aware of your mind and your thoughts through guided meditation. However, Mindfulness is equally suitable for someone wanting to relieve depression or anxiety and improve relationships without wishing to practice formal meditation. Parents, children, siblings, friends, colleagues and therapists can benefit from mindfulness. Additionally, Mindfulness can be incorporated into other therapies. Mindfulness techniques can be incorporated into weight loss, Counselling, Relaxation therapy, Reiki, Reflexology and so on.
